Color behind navigation links and logo to edge

Is there code that can put a color bar behind the navigation links and have the logo go to the edge of the corner like the attached image? Password is Brad. Thank you!

He is looking for this, but ignore the black bar across the top. 

@JennWalker In short, you want:

• Black around logo
• Move the logo to the upper left corner of the header
• Make navigation black background
• Make navigation items white color
• Align nav with the top of the logo

Is this right?
