Move Facebook Messenger plugin behind the cookie notice

My facebook messenger plugin hides a part of the cookie notice. Is there a way to move the plugin behind the cookie bar?

Hi Tuan, yes please. I would really like to move the cookie banner in front of the facebook chat plugin. Thank you.

You can move up cookie notice on mobile only with this CSS
