Reduce padding overall

Hi, 

i would like to reduce the padding around several items in my website.
After trying several options (from this forum) , i can't seem to get it completely right.

See attached screenshots.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS

    padding-bottom: 5px;
}
