Adding underline to specific text link on 7.0

Hi,

Looking into adding underline to specific text link on squarespace 7.0 -

Guess this goes against the current stream as all I'm finding online is how to remove the underline from links in 7.1

If anyone could help me resolve this I'd appreciate it.

P.S: For example see attached screen, would like to underline 'Read more' and 'View all'
