Approve or Deny Appointments

I run spa business and would like the ability to approve or deny appointment requests. Can anyone help me out?

I made this suggestion during a meeting I had with a Squarespace representative.  I also made the suggestion to create appointments on the backend and send the forms needed to the customer. That way you can verbally make appointments and still have the clients fill out proper forms before arriving to the appointment.
