Two questions: How do I change the colour of the highlighted text from black to white (empty cart text) and how do I change the navigation bar colour here as well?

So the first image shows the highlighted text which I'm trying to change the colour of.

The second image shows what happens to the navigation bar when scrolling down to the footer (it only becomes white on the cart page)

Also on this cart page, with an item added the 'x' to remove the item and the quanity blend in with the background 😞
