blog nib icon changed to shopping cart icon and now my blog page thinks it's a store

For some reason, the little fountain pen nib icon in the the PAGES editor changed to a shopping cart, so now my blog posts say "sold out" and "Add to cart" when they should just be blog posts, and the blog editor is more like a store editor etc. What gives?
