Cart icon only showing on homepage

One last issue on my site.  The cart icon is only showing up in the header on the homepage and not any of the other pages?  How can I make it display across the site?

You can try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

.header-actions-action--cart svg.icon--cart {
  stroke: #fff !important;
}

.header-actions-action--cart  .icon-cart-quantity {
  color: #fff !important;
}
