product-page Button from product leading to auto-filled form

Hello

I want to add a button to the product pages that leads to a contact form. That part is quite easy.
What I'm trying to achieve is make this button also autofill a field in the form. For example, the product name appearing as the first part of the subject and/or message.

Is there anyway to do this?
