Is there a way to move "sold out" items to the bottom within a summary block?

All shop pages use summary blocks except for "Shop All". My client wanted to be able to use headers on the shop pages, so we opted for summary blocks.

It looks like there is no automatic way to do this. You will need to do manually by adding another summary block with products which has tag: sold-out.

We can give the code to hide sold out product in first summary.
