Remove padding above logo in header

Hello,

I would like to remove the padding above my logo in the header, so that it bleeds off the page.
Here is an example of how I would like it to look: https://ranunculus-lute-s68s.squarespace.com/

I have tried inserting the following code into Design > Custom CSS and it doesn't seem to be working.

.header-announcement-bar-wrapper { padding-top: 0 !important; }

Add to Design > Custom CSS

.header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    padding-top: 0px !important;
}
