CSS 'missing opening '{' error message help!

Hey, I've just added this code into my custom css - the font seems to be working fine when I load the site on desktop and mobile but it's giving me the 'missing opening '{' error message and I'm not sure what to fix? Please could somebody help?

I have also just noticed though that this now doesn't seem to be applying the same font to all elements/pages on the website. Do you know why this might be happening?
