You can try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

    display: none;
}
.icon--sm[href*="tiktok"] {
    background: url('https://api.iconify.design/simple-icons/tiktok.svg?color=white') no-repeat center center / contain;
}

.sqs-svg-icon--wrapper[href*="tiktok"] svg {
    display: none;
}
.sqs-svg-icon--wrapper[href*="tiktok"] {

}
