Alchemer integration

Hey, I'm trying to integrate Alchemer (Surveys tool) on my website, I have a subdomain pointing to Alchemer but they need the following things from a SSL certificate[1]:

  • Private Key
  • Certificate
  • Root & Intermediate Certificate Bundle

I'm aware that I can't install an external SSL certificate on my website[2], so is there any way I can get this done?

I think there's some confusion here. None of this relates to a Squarespace website or the built-in SSL cert that it uses. The guide you've linked explains how to use your custom domain with Alchemer. They only require the additional information if you purchase an SSL certificate (from a third party) and want to use it with their service.
