Need option for visitors / members to post photos and text. How can I add?

I'm building a family website. I need to give family members the ability to add photos and text updates, like an extended family blog so everyone can keep updated. Does anyone have any suggestions, or a widget?

would love this for my membership as well. Thumbs upping so it can gain some more attention and momentum

Website content can only be edited by contributors with permissions on the site. Members cannot edit any site content, and this is unlikely to change.
