How To Change Summary Block "Read More" Text Into A Button?

Hi! I am trying to get the "read more" link in the summary blocks on this page to look like a button instead of just hyperlinked text. ideally, i would want the button to be blue and the text inside to be white and be larger than regular paragraph text, and to be bolded. i have tried several other fixes found on this form but none are working! 

i would really appreciate the help!!!

You can try adding the above code with font-size and choose the right value until it meets your requirement
