Ciodensky
Site URL: https://www.xystema.com/pricing Hi!, I have this weird behavior after clicking browser undo to cancel the add-to-cart, my Starter package plan returns empty variant and the price is "unavailable" (see illustration below). As a backgrounder, I have code injection in the Settings > Advanced > Code Injection for the following customizations: To bring the variant on top of price Inserted "your" in the "Select Industry" Remove the decimal of the price Integrate Shiny pass for the auto currency conversion I am not sure if this has something to do with this error. I have also tried the other package, went to checkout and click back on the browser, same error I got. But if I refresh the browser, everything back to normal. My website password: 061298 I will appreciate any help you can extend. Thank you. Edited November 16, 2021 by Ciodensky added the website password Link to comment

creedon
Does the error happen when you select any industry? Or a particular one? Find my contributions useful? Please like, upvote, mark my answer as best , and see my profile. Thanks for your support! Link to comment

The error happens when I am returning from "Checkout" after clicking the "Get Started". You can try it yourself on my website. Just click any of the "Get Started" then you will be directed to the Checkout page. From there, you click the back of the browser (assuming the user wanted to go back to the pricing page). Then, you will find the Starter industry blank and the price is "unavailable". Link to comment
creedon
That is what I did the first time around but I didn't see the issue you detailed. I did see one visual oddity. I general I'm not surprised that you might be seeing odd behaviour. Many form filing or shopping steps don't tolerate using the back button. Find my contributions useful? Hi @creedon, I just tried just now in Safari and it does not give any issue. I think Chrome browser I am having trouble with—I assumed you tried it in Safari. I am wondering if there is any code that I can use to refresh the page after clicking the back button of the browser. Because, if I am able to do this, I think my issue can be resolved. It may not be a permanent solution but a work-around one to address Chrome issue. I hope there is a little code that I can insert to refresh page after the clicking the browser back button. Is this possible, by the way? Link to comment
