Weird glitch on a Summary Block?

Hi all, 

Seem to have a weird one here... in Editing mode, when I create this summary block, as shown below, it appears like this:

But on the actual page, it is displayed like this:

i.e. the first image is missing. Would appreciate any advice on this as struggling to work it out!

I don't see this issue on other sites. Have you tried removing your custom code (both Code Injection and Custom CSS) to see if the issue remains afterwards?

How many items to display do you have the summary block set for?

I have it set for four items. If I set it to three items, it shows two. Very strange.

Hi Paul. I haven't, but as i've used code injection to design the main feature on that page I would be a bit apprehensive about doing that. If I've understood correctly?

Something is deleting the first summary item, so it’s likely to be custom code or a bug.

To determine which, you’ll need to remove the code - saving it somewhere safe so that you can paste it back in later - and then try loading the page again.

If the same issue is happening with no code installed, you can contact Customer Care and report the issue. If the issue goes away when you temporarily remove the code, you’ll know it is to blame.
