All Products how do I add it back

Hi I think when i set up my website I took the 'All' section from my site but have been advised to put it back on and can't find this anywhere... unless there is a way to add a New section

Also my Purchase button with the new site styles looks completely wrong  and I can't seem to find where to change it..
