Playing around with product display order on mobile

I would like to move the display order for a product page on mobile. You'll see the page order is:

Selection options
Buy button
Description
Additional info

Ideally, I would want the description to display first on a mobile page, is that possible? 

Or, alternatively, I would love to have descriptions for each option under the selector, i.e

Option 2
Select this is you want support

Option 2
Select this if you want revision

etc etc.
