Products usually appear in the order they were added. You can manually reorder them by dragging and dropping them, although this can be a chore if you have hundreds of items. 2 hours ago, VJO said: Is there a way to have the items display a 'NEW' word on them for a certain time? There isn't a feature for this, but as a workaround you can do this manually. For example, you could use the 'featured' checkbox or add a 'new' tag and then use some code to highlight the 'featured' or 'tagged' items with a custom badge. I wrote a guide to doing this here: Adding a custom status badge to Squarespace Products If this post has helped you, please click a 'Like' or 'Thanks' icon below ⬇️ VJO 1 Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017. Examples aren't shown because each template has a different style setting for product labels/badges. The custom labels will match the settings already in use on your site. You can see what labels look like by setting the stock level to zero on one of your products so that the Sold Out label shows. VJO 1 Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017.
