Change site title and nav links color for mobile view only!

Hi :) I am having trouble with site title and nav links showing up for the mobile view. I've checked the color theme set for mobile view, and it says that they are set to black, but arent showing up. All it shows is a white screen. I need the lettering for desktop view to be white for certain pages, and in changing the colors to suit that style, the "lightest 1" color theme stopped showing the site title and or nav links in black. Even tho the same page on desktop view is set to a different color theme. I do have code in the css section for keeping nav link backround as transparent..not sure if thats not helping the situation either. Totally stumped on this one!  thank you!

Do you mean setting nav on mobile with the different color to the one on desktop?
