change padding in website header

Hello,

I would like if the padding on the top and bottom of the website header could be changed.

I made a visual of what I'm looking for. The red dotted line is where i would like the top and bottom of the header to be. 

Any help would be great 🙂

You can try adding the following codes in Home > Design > Custom Css

.header-announcement-bar-wrapper  {
  padding-top:0px !important;
  padding-bottom:0px !important;
}

Change the padding value until it meets your requirement
