This isn't possible. Apart from adding a custom checkout form (which are only vaguely useful) you can't add, edit or remove elements from the checkout page. Why? Because the checkout page is completel

Because the checkout page is completely locked by Squarespace to prevent anyone making changes. Nothing will work, including script and CSS.
