Adjusting navigation bar padding on Montage cover page

Hi there,

I'm trying to adjust the padding on my navigation bar that sit's in the middle of this cover page: https://www.montaguebasement.com/home

I've played around with various code injectors but can't get anything to work and I feel like I'm flying a bit blind. Have found a way to adjust it to my like while inspecting elements in google chrome but can't find anyway to translate squarepace. Would appreciate if anyone has any ideas.

You can try Adding to Home > Design > Custom Css
