Customisation of Footer colour/style

Hi,

I want to change the colour of the footer, the buttons and social links on each different page of my website, to go along with the colour scheme on the rest of the page (which matches the header), how can I do this?

In my footer I have 2 sections of text with links. How do I make one section of text one colour, and the other section of linked text a different colour?
