Custom Text in Shipping Block on Checkout Page

Hello! 

Looking to customize the default text at the bottom of the Shipping Block on the checkout page. My client offers pick-up and local delivery, to limited zip codes. And certain product shops are not eligible for shipping (it's a restaurant with holiday meal kits and weekly meal services). I'd like to include those cities in this default text area before someone goes to the trouble of entering their address. It's written throughout the site and in the custom form in checkout, but people don't read and the custom form appears after the shipping info is selected.

Sadly, you cannot change this. Like almost everything on the Checkout page, the shipping text is fixed and cannot be edited.
