How do I add a secondary nav to only one page?

There nav isn't working properly on the http://tyedyeamy.com/event-details page so I would like to eliminate the main nav and just have a nav that brings you back to the main page.  I've tried different versions of CSS and HTML that I have found online but so far nothing effects it at all.  What am I doing wrong?

Do you mean removing all navigator button except the Home, and only setting it in this page?

You can try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

Thank you so much for the help! I was actually able to fix the initial bug in the navigation so we decided to just leave the nav.
