Too much white space between text frames and image frames

As I'm building a new website using one of templates, I encounter a lot of times that there is a huge white gap between text and images. There is no spacer frame that I can delete, neither can I move the text and/or image close to each other.

is there any way to remove all the huge gaps?

I 've check and found that the padding of content wrapper of each section has caused this issue

YoursectionID .content-wrapper{
  padding-top: 0 !important;
  padding-bottom: 3vw !important;
}

In addition of that, i suggest using  the  Squarespace ID Finder Extension to find the right section Id

I'm sorry I don't understand what the section ID is....

I started using Squarespace because I thought it was a easy website builder without those knowledge. Now it seems it's meant for semi-pro. 

Still I tried downloading the extension but really don't know how to use it..

Here are steps you can follow to set in your own site

1. Open the Squarespace ID Finder   on your site. Choose the section you want to set. Click the one you want to set

2. Apply remove padding in Home > Design > Custom Css

Hope it can help you a lot
