Scale or Zoom Out on Image?

In 7.1, is there a way to scale or zoom in/out on large images? I may be incorrect, but I thought I recalled a slider that was available in past versions that would allow you to essentially "zoom out" on large images. For example, see screenshot below from 7.1 - you can see that there's text on this image that is cut off.

I tried the s/m/l and custom section heights. I also tried resizing per Squarespace specs, along with various sizes of the .jpg file, various crops, etc. It has to be simple, but I haven't found the answer here. Thanks.
