LawyerMJ
Hi, when someone books an appointment though my online scheduler, the email notification is being sent to my personal gmail account, NOT my business email. How do I change this? Thanks! Link to comment
Yessika
I've been wondering the same thing but for when I reschedule their appointments. To change the notifications you can do it in the calendar settings Edited April 21, 2022 by Yessika Link to comment
DV2
I'd really like to know how to set email notifications when an appointment is scheduled. Link to comment
DV2
Support sent me this info:You can set more than one email to receive notifications for appointments booked on a calendar. You can head to the Availability page (found in the left navigation menu) and click CALENDAR SETTINGS next to the calendar, then in the resulting pop up scroll until you see the NOTIFICATIONS space and enter both emails separated by a comma. If you're using a bop-up blocker, the Notifications panel won't appear. Link to comment
unwindoakland
When a client replies to an invite, it is going to the wrong email address for me. Link to comment

musikcentrumsyd
Hi! I found that setting, BUT we still get a copy of the bokking email to our info-email (since it's our admin email). We don't want to clog up the info-emails with bookings. How do we get notification emails ONLY to the addresses we put in the Calendar setting form? Link to comment
