Add Menu Block Categories to the Bottom of the Menu Block

I would like to add the menu categories in the menu block on the bottom as well as having them on the top...anyone have any suggestions?

You need to provide site password for folks to take a look and provide a solution. 

Not seeing your site, I do know that text links to each page can be inserted in the footer, which will look like a nav bar.
