Help with my Squarespace site - Need SEO audit and help!

Need help with a designed site, a Squarespace template, mostly with SEO, search, alt tags, site titles , page titles etc.   Have had a very frustrating 2 years trying to get this right.  Cannot seem to rank in Google search pages, and need a really good person to put state-of-the-art practices into our site and pages.   Anyone recommend someone great for helping us?
