emilyhart
Hi I switched my account from trial version to paid subscription last week but I still don’t have the functionality to change the appointments I offer from dollars to pounds. It’s very frustrating as there is obviously an issue with my account. the acuity customer service which can only be reached by email not live chat or a phone number have not responded to several messages sent. Can anyone help please? I’m desperate to make my booking page live but can’t until I sort my account. Many thanks Link to comment

You can set your currency to £ GBP by heading over to Payment Settings and selecting your currency from the dropdown. This will change the currency displayed on your scheduling page, and also which currency your payment processor will use. Your account can only accept one form of currency. Pip1
Hi @Paul2009, I wanted to be able to create subscription options for a members-only area, it's based in Ireland and I want to offer one subscription in €Euro and one in £Great British Pound for Northern Ireland. Is it possible to offer a yearly subscription for the two different currencies if using Stripe as the payment processor? or can it only be one? I'm trying to think of a work around. Many Thanks Link to comment

Hi @Pip1 You can display prices in both currencies (with code) but, at the moment, you can only accept payments in one currency on a Squarespace website. An all-Ireland website must choose to process payments in either Euros or GBP and then let the bank cards do the conversion. Pip1 1 Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017.
