How can I add a fixed vertical button on Vandam template?

Hi I'm looking to add a fixed button that is placed vertically on the right side of page that is always present as they scroll down? How could I make this happen?

attached is example photo of type of button I'm looking for on the side.

I'm using the Vandam Template - any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Clicking on this button directs to another page, doesn't it?

Yes, it would direct to the "episodes" page within the site but i may change the design of homepage if I can get this button to be on the side.
