jeffratto
Site URL: https://coconut-dolphin-d2rs.squarespace.com I have a dropdown menu with some links to external web pages. Whenever I click on one of these links to an external page and then come back to my website, the dropdown menu remains open and covers the other dropdown menus making them inaccessible. Is there a way to make the dropdown close after a user clicks on one of the external links? To recreate this issue, click on "Plan Your Visit > Getting Here" and then come back to the website. This is not an issue with Safari, but seems to be an issue with all other browsers. Attached is a screenshot. derricksrandomviews
It happens because the visitor doesn't navigate away from the page, the external link opens in a new tab. If I choose your site tab, then double click another dropdown the first one closes. If you choose to open the link on the same page and folks use the browser back arrow instead of clicking the tab, the menu should be closed not open. Link to comment
