How to return to the same slideshow position when using browser's back button

Hallo can you please help me?

I would simply like to have my site do the following:

Currently when you click on an image of the slideshow, you will head on a different page. Than if you click the back button in a browser, it takes you back on the page with the slideshow, but the position of the slideshow isn't the one where you have clicked, but the original position. That is frustrating if you where 20 images right in the slideshow.

I would like that you click the back button and it takes you back on the previous page exactly where you were on the element of the slideshow that you have clicked.
