Brine Template adding border padding around entire site, except footer

Hi there, 

I'd like to add a border to the nav and index of my site while keeping the footer full bleed. Is that possible to accomplish with CSS? My thought was to add a border in the site styles section but use code to eliminate the border on the footer.

Hi BaNgan, 

Thanks for getting back me. I'd like to add a white border to the entire site EXCEPT for the footer. If you look at this page, I want to have a white border around all of the index images and leave the footer as is. Does that make sense?
