Make my banner full bleed on MOBILE ONLY

Hi,

How can I make my banner full bleed on my mobile only? I don't want it to be full bleed on my computer version.

When I change the computer version to full bleed the mobile version looks good and to the edges but the problem is i only want it full bleed on my mobile since I like the shorter design photo on my computer.

is there any code that can help me achieve this?
