Trying to remove padding in a summary item

Hi there, I've been attempting (and failing) to remove the padding underneath the image and text in this summary item (the green section). When I inspect, I can't seem to determine where exactly the padding is coming from in order to amend the CSS. Any insight anyone can offer would be amazing.

You can try adding to Home> Design > Custom Css

#new-page .summary-item {
  padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
