On 7.1 Commerce Mobile Filter Won't Stick to Shop Page

I am using the universal filter plug in and would like my filter button on mobile to stay above the results and stick upon scrolling down so customers know it is always an option. I have tried: 

.cf-filter-wrapper .mobile-filter-trigger {
	position: -webkit-sticky;
    position: sticky;
    top: 10px
}

But that means the filter button disappears behind products and cannot be selected. Would be so grateful if someone could assist. I included a screenshot of the behavior with the appended code below. Please access the site with the code: WINE9
