Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css. You can change the value to match your requirement.

.blog-basic-grid--container .blog-basic-grid--text .blog-title a {
  font-size: 20px;
}

This code did not work for me. I, too, want to reduce the size of the images for my blog post. They look so out-of-place to other blogs on other platforms.
