This is perfect for what we need as we will not be shipping anything, and it avoids customer having to enter all the extra data. I do have an integration with the site via the Orders API, and was trying to pull the customer pickup selection (drive-thru or walk-up) to save to our database. creedon Posted October 9, 2021 Share Posted October 9, 2021 It appears as though SS's API is not keeping up with features being updated in the web UI. 😞 This is really disappointing those should be in sync. Please Contact Customer Support and register your request for the API to keep pace with web UI and vice versa. paul2009 1 Find my contributions useful? If pickup is selected by a customer, the shippingAddress and shippingLines responses from the API will be empty. @AlexD: Is it known that the API is lagging behind? The Orders API does not include new Pickup Options provided in the Commerce panel, however you could create a custom checkout form where you collect pickup information.
