Adding text to my top section

Hi! I'm having trouble adding text to my top section. I've attached a photo of where I need the text to go- where the white part is circled. I've tried adding a text box, and then using a spacer to get it in the bottom right corner, but it's just not working. Any tips are appreciated!

Add to Design > Custom CSS
