I'm designing a new website for a client that has an existing squarespace site but it's a few years old. I'd like to use a different template design but it's not letting me move it to another template.

The client has an active subscription so I'm not sure how to design a new website, parallel to the existing one without taking out a new business subscription.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks so much!

Your client's site is  built on Avenue, as is mine. You can change templates at anytime through the config panel. Depending on the template you want to change to, that may not be as easy as starting a new trial and building from scratch. A new trial does not require taking out a subscription for the first two weeks, but if you build it using business freatures you would of course have to activate that plan. A note: you can change the Avenue 7.0 to another 7.0 template from the config panel but you cannot change to a 7.1 design from there That would require a new trial.

To change templates inside of your existing site just go to design, click on the template button under title and logo and the change template menu panel will come up. Here is a help guide to do this:

HELP NEEDED.

Anyone know how to successfully add frame/border around an image block (16x9)?

I've tried a few CSS suggestions, but nothing works.

Attached is an example of my progress. Only x3 lines appear. 4th line (right side) gets cut off. I tried a workaround using photoshop. I applied a border to a 16x9 image, but when I upload it to Squarepace using image block, the right side of the frame gets cut off.

SUPPORT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Been at this for weeks.

Thanks for reading.
