smgrant
Site URL: https://www.straussfeeds.com I've been reviewing Google's Page Speed Insights to get our site speed up (it's currently at 39 which is . . . not so good) One of the factors slowing it down is the font Poppins (see screenshot) which is loading even though that's not the font we're using anywhere on the page. This is one of the native fonts for the template that was used originally until we started using an Adobe font. But it looks like Poppins is still loading as the page does. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this and shave a few precious seconds off the page's load time? Is there a way to deactivate the native fonts or something? In general, do people have success with sites getting in the "green" range of Google's site speed test? In the 90 - 100 range? Is this even possible with Squarespace? Grateful for any insight. Thanks. Link to comment
