Help! Site Header when not transparent is not full width

How do i make the site header the full width of the page when it is not transparent. 

Also, is it possible to move the site header to a fixed position in a footer 

#1. You mean remove white space on right of screen?

Umm why does it look like that on your browser? mine looks very different. 

i am looking for the white nav bar at the top to extend the entire width of the page. I do not know why it stops 75% of the way 

The following ruleset in Design > Custom CSS is causing your issue.

header {
    display: block;
    width: 2000px;
    text-align: right;
    padding: 10px
}

Remove the width property/value pair.
