Is there a way to make the text in the captions of these two images larger, without it affecting the captions on other parts of the website?

Yes. When you want to limit the effect of some styling, you can often prefix the CSS with a block-yui ID.

For example, the block-yui ID of the first image block is #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1633526174443_37158, so you could use:

#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1633526174443_37158 .image-caption p {
  font-size: 16px;
}
