How to add a Forum to my Squarespace Site

Here is a cheat.
Create a blog page. Manipulate it to not look like a blog.
Enable comments on 'settings' and then options.

Eh voila! Comments.

ps why Squarespace don't have a block for comments is beyond me.

I know that it's possible to use embeds to add a forum, but I do not know where to get the embeds. Could someone instruct me on how to accomplish a forum on one of my pages? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to create a community behind a membership area. I know Squarespace doesn’t have that option yet (the best the customer service came up is the blog with comments), so I'm trying to figure out what other platform I can integrate. I tried Mighty Networks, and I'd definitely do not recommend it (expensive and basically impossible to integrate with any other platform). I'm considering Bettermode, as it's more accessible and looks more open to integrations. Does anyone have experience with Bettermode? I read about InVision and Website Toolbox, but they don’t do the work for me.

Any suggestion about building a community ON Squarespace is welcome! Thanks!

reviving this dead thread. I hope this is something sqsp will add to member spaces soon. I am debating moving my membership to Patreon since they just added this option.

Hello Squarespace!  I think enough of us have asked for this now for it to be put into action. Community is coming back, people want to have conversations as well as memberships and subscriptions. Not having a forum or community element while offering a members area is like offering bread without butter.

Please can you start giving what your customers want.

Yes, I would love for there to be an easily integrate-able forum/discussion feature to use with SQSP. There are many options out there but hard to know what would work best. A thriving online community is something many clients are hoping to have on their websites these days.
