How can I change the background color of a specific block in the footer?  I don't want the whole footer to be the same color. I am using the Tudor template 7.0  This is code I'm currently using to change the color.

#footer {
  background: #f6f0ed;
  max-width: 100%;
}

Kindly show us a screenshot of parts of the footer you want to change the background

You can have the reference about Css selector here
