Change background color of each block in footer, not the whole thing

How can I change the background color of a specific block in the footer?  I don't want the whole footer to be the same color. I am using the Tudor template 7.0  This is code I'm currently using to change the color.

  background: #f6f0ed;
  max-width: 100%;
}
